you are welcome here
English belongs to everyone who uses it, and my lessons are built on the same idea: you learn best when you feel you belong.
I’m grateful to teach people from all over the world. I’m intentional about creating a space where everyone feels respected and valued, and I choose learning material that reflects different families, cultures, and life experiences. Although I teach English from the US American perspective, I make it clear that the US American way of using English is neither the only nor the “correct” way.
You are always free to ask me for an accommodation in your learning method, if you need one.
You are also welcome to tell me that you prefer non-binary pronouns, as well as what those pronouns are.
